Cancellation Policy

NEW REIKI CLIENTS NEED TO SCHEDULE A CLARITY CALL FIRST. Late Arrival Policy – I will be available for the session at the designated time and will wait 5 minutes for you to join. *If you experience technical difficulties or traffic, please communicate prior to the allowed 5-minute window of wait time. -After 5 minutes, I will call, text, and wait an additional 5 minutes. -After 10 minutes, I will begin working on other items. -If you have not arrived or communicated after 10 minutes the appointment is considered a no-notice cancellation. *If you are late, your service time may be shortened in order to comply with my office schedule. The full amount for the service is still due. Cancellation Refund Policy – I have set aside this hour for you, with less than 24 hours notice I am unable to fill it with someone else. Cancellation MORE than 24 hours before your appointment: -Your payment will apply to your rescheduled session. -If you do not reschedule a session within 30 days, I will refund your payment when 30 days have lapsed. Cancellation LESS than 24 hours before your appointment: -I will assess a 50% penalty for the late cancellation. This means that I will keep 50% of the session fee and then hold the remainder to apply to a rescheduled appointment. -If you do not reschedule within 30 days I will refund that 50% remaining. No Notice of Cancellation: -After 10 minutes, if you have not communicated or arrived the appointment is considered a no-notice cancellation. -I will retain the entirety of the session fee.
