Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy – I will be available for the session at the designated time. *If you experience technical difficulties or traffic, please communicate prior to the start of the appointment. -After 5 minutes, I will call and text. -If you have not arrived or communicated after 10 minutes the appointment is considered "no-notice cancellation." *If you are late, your service time may be shortened in order to comply with my office schedule. The full amount for the service is still due. Cancellation MORE than 24 hours before your appointment: -Full Refund or Rescheduling Options Cancellation LESS than 24 hours before your appointment: -50% Refund & Rescheduling Options No Notice Cancellation: -No Refund Option & 50% Rescheduling Option
